Once you submit your booking, we will receive your selected date and time, type of move, the type and number of items, and any relevant conditions. We will then be in touch via text within 48 hours to confirm your booking and finalise the necessary details, and we will also collect the $80 deposit. We will provide instructions to help you prepare for the move including what to have ready. A friendly reminder will be sent 1–2 days before your move to reconfirm the date, time, and any special requirements. On the day of your move, we will arrive as scheduled to complete your move efficiently and hassle-free, and the final payment will be collected once everything is successfully moved.

2. Do you offer local and long-distance moving services?

Yes, our services are available for both local and long-distance moving. We ensure timely and reliable transportation for our customers items, catering to a wide range of requirements. While we’re Perth-based, we regularly travel long distances across WA — up to about 5 hours north (e.g. Geraldton), 7 hours east (e.g. Kalgoorlie-Boulder), and 5 hours south (e.g. Albany).

For standard moves under 300 km, our hourly rate includes the time spent travelling between the pickup and delivery locations as part of the move. For longer moves over 300 km, additional travel time required for us to return from the delivery location may be charged at a reduced rate of 50% of our standard hourly rate. This approach helps keep long-distance moves fair while still covering the extended travel involved. All travel time charges are included in the total time worked for the job and will be reflected in your final invoice.

Our standard rate is $150 per hour, which includes two movers and a truck. A 2-hour minimum charge ($300) applies to all bookings, and additional costs may apply for stairs, assembling/disassembling, or difficult access.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your booking are free. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the 2-hour minimum charge will apply.
